En tant que secrétaire, vous effectuez de nombreuses tâches de soutien aux membres et vous contribuez à assurer le bon déroulement des compétitions de golf. Vous accueillez, informez et aidez les membres et les visiteurs sur différents aspects pratiques et organisationnels afin qu'ils puissent profiter pleinement du golf et des infrastructures du club. Vous travaillez au sein d'une petite équipe dynamique. Enfin, vous êtes capable de clôturer correctement la caisse quotidienne.

Vous disposez d’au moins deux ans d’expérience dans une fonction administrative ou de support.

Vous avez le sens du service et prenez plaisir à assurer une gestion rigoureuse de l’administration des membres.

Vous êtes orienté(e) client et communiquez avec aisance, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Vous êtes flexible, indépendant, proactif et avez envie d’apprendre.

Travailler dans un milieu sportif vous motive et la connaissance du golf constitue un atout apprécié.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur.

Vous êtes disponible un week-end sur deux et les jours fériés.

Une connaissance dans la communication, la rédaction et l’évènementiel est un réel atout.
