Als ervaren secretaresse ben jij een vaste waarde binnen het kantoor: iemand die vooruitdenkt, ontzorgt en kwaliteit borgt. Jouw rol Als ervaren secretaresse ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, klanten en collega's. Dankzij jouw overzicht, organisatietalent en proactieve instelling zorg je ervoor dat alles binnen het kantoor soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt agenda's, ondersteunt collega's en management, organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt blijven verlopen. Je signaleert verbeterpunten, denkt mee over werkprocessen en neemt hierin zelf initiatief. Door jouw ervaring ben je een stabiele en betrouwbare kracht binnen het team.
