De functie Voor onze sectie Banking zijn wij op zoek naar een secretaresse die het liefst fulltime, maar in ieder geval 4 dagen per week en op woensdag beschikbaar is. Ben jij een no-nonsense aanpakker, gaat het stellen van prioriteiten je makkelijk af en krijg jij energie van het uit handen nemen van taken? Draai jij daarnaast je hand niet om voor veel ad hoc verzoeken en zie jij het liefst alles tot in de puntjes geregeld? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! De werkzaamheden (bestaan onder andere uit): Agendabeheer; Het boeken van zakenreizen; In- en uitgaande correspondentie; het openen en bijhouden van (nieuwe) zaken; Opzetten, bijhouden en archiveren van dossiers; Aanpassen van documenten; Documenten bij KvK en Kadaster opvragen; Het uitvoeren van insolventiechecks. Het team Je komt te werken in een team met 3 collega secretaresses. Jij bent een teamspeler met hart voor je werk en samen met de andere secretaresses ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de sectie Banking. Wij helpen elkaar waar nodig binnen ons hele kantoor, de teamspirit is hoog en er wordt veel gelachen. Jouw profiel Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, liefst binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening; Je bent een aanpakker, zonder 9-5 mentaliteit en je hebt aan 1 woord genoeg; Goede beheersing van Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint en je maakt je andere systemen snel eigen; Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift; Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel; Je beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; Je bent proactief en kunt goed zelfstandig werken; Je kunt secuur werken; Je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en je kunt overzicht houden; Je bent collegiaal.
