Samen met ongeveer 850 collega's en 500 vrijwilligers bieden wij zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners op één van onze zes woonzorglocaties of bij mensen thuis in de regio's Aalten, Berkelland en Oost Gelre. Cliënten zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig laten zijn in hun denken en doen, is het belangrijkste uitgangspunt in ons werk. De organisatie heeft een eenhoofdig Raad van Bestuur en een managementteam (MT) dat naast de bestuurder bestaat uit twee regiomanagers, een manager bedrijfsvoering/ concerncontroller en een HR-manager. Als secretaresse val je hiërarchisch onder de bestuurder. Jouw werkplek is op het bedrijfsbureau van Careaz in Lichtenvoorde. Hier werk je samen met collega's van de ondersteunende diensten, zoals HR, communicatie en salarisadministratie. Jouw directe collega is de bestuurssecretaris van Careaz. We werken in een informele sfeer met korte lijnen. Wat ga je doen? Als secretaresse Raad van Bestuur* ondersteun je de bestuurder en manager bedrijfsvoering/concerncontroller. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, zowel op administratief als secretarieel vlak. ● Je bereidt vergaderingen voor, notuleert en zorgt dat alles goed wordt uitgewerkt; ● Je houdt overzicht op besluiten en afspraken én zorgt dat deze opgevolgd worden; ● Je beheert de agenda van de bestuurder en manager bedrijfsvoering/concerncontroller, regelt de interne en externe afspraken.
