Vind je het leuk om veel contacten te hebben binnen een organisatie en ervoor te zorgen dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt? - Je bent een organisatietalent en zorgt er graag voor dat alles soepel verloopt - Je schakelt soepel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en teams. - Je ondersteunt meerdere teams en teamleiders binnen de organisatie. - Je werkt 24 uur per week in een veelzijdige ondersteunende functie. - Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig zaken te organiseren en mee te denken over hoe het slimmer en beter kan. - Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en houdt actiepunten goed in beeld. Vandaag staat er een overleg van een werkgroep op de planning. Jij zorgt dat alles goed is voorbereid: de juiste mensen zijn uitgenodigd, de agenda en stukken zijn compleet en de ruimte is geregeld. Tijdens het overleg houd je de actiepunten goed bij en na afloop zorg je dat de afspraken worden uitgewerkt en opgevolgd. Zo houd jij het overzicht van begin tot eind. Als Secretarieel Medewerker ben jij diegene die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je bent een echte aanpakker: je zegt liever 'ja' dan 'nee' en gaat vol enthousiasme uitdagingen aan. Of het nu gaat om het organiseren van een overleg, het ondersteunen van een werkgroep of het coördineren van een bijeenkomst: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. In deze functie ondersteun je verschillende teams en teamleiders van de afdelingen Beleid & Organisatie en Klant & Wijken. Je plant afspraken en vergaderingen en zorgt ervoor dat deelnemers goed voorbereid aan tafel zitten. Ook zit je vaak zelf bij de overleggen om gespreksnotities te maken. Deze werk je nadien uit en je bewaakt de actiepunten. Af en toe kan het zijn dat je de agenda van een teamleider beheert. Bij organisatiebrede bijeenkomsten wordt jouw hulp en kennis ook gevraagd.
