Die Dr. Rainer und Partner Radiologische Gruppenpraxis OG sucht ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Sekretariats. 1 Sekretär/in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Vollzeit 38 Wochenstunden Zwettl

Ihre Aufgaben

* Anmeldung und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

* Terminorganisation sowie Schreiben und Bearbeiten medizinischer Befunde

* Verwaltung des E-Mail-Verkehrs sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

* Erstellung von Rechnungen sowie einfache Übernahme buchhalterischer Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des technischen Dienstes bei der Lagerung von Patientinnen und Patienten

Das bringen Sie mit

* Interesse an medizinischen Themen bzw. medizinische Grundkenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Bürobereich oder Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Windows und Microsoft Office

* Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
