Voor een gevestigd accountantskantoor in de regio Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een dossierbeheerder die klanten begeleidt op boekhoudkundig en fiscaal vlak. Je werkt voor een uiteenlopende klantenportefeuille, van ambitieuze KMO's tot internationale bedrijven en organisaties uit de non-profitsector. Dankzij een doorgedreven digitale aanpak krijg je alle ruimte om je te focussen op kwalitatief advies en een persoonlijke dienstverlening.

Jouw rol

Als dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van je eigen klantendossiers. Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met jouw klanten en begeleidt hen bij hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van periodieke btw-aangiften.
  • Het opstellen van aangiften personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Het voorbereiden van afsluitingen en jaarrekeningen.
  • Het adviseren van klanten over financiële en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en de verdere digitalisering van interne processen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en graag kwalitatief werk aflevert.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Een goede kennis van digitale toepassingen, Excel en boekhoudsoftware.
  • Een leergierige ingesteldheid en interesse in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.
