Organisatie Voor een no-nonsense administratiekantoor in de regio Leiden, met zo'n 6 FTE en ruim 400 klanten, zoeken wij versterking. Het kantoor staat bekend om proactief adviseren, scherpe fiscaliteit en écht meedenken met ondernemers. Over twee jaar volgt een bedrijfsopvolging, waardoor er volop ruimte is voor iemand die wil meegroeien in verantwoordelijkheid en expertise. Graag komen wij in gesprek met geïnteresseerden voor de functie van: Senior Administrateur Administratiekantoor 24-40 uur max €6.000 + lease auto Functie - Je onderhoudt klantrelaties en geeft strategisch en fiscaal advies - Controleren en begeleiden van administraties, rapportages en aangiftes - Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en bespreken met klanten - Je adviseert over structuurwijzigingen (zoals VOF/eenmanszaak naar BV) - Je werkt met Exact en Nextens en pakt complexe dossiers met gemak op - Je bent commercieel vaardig en denkt mee in kansen bij nieuwe én bestaande klanten - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden voor klant én kantoor - Coachen en aansturen van collega's - Meedenken over groei, structuur en optimalisatie binnen het bedrijf - Fungeren als sparringpartner van de eigenaar Wat heb je nodig? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar - 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met Exact Online (en liefst ook met de rapportgenerator) en Nextens - Kennis van fiscale wetgeving en affiniteit met salarisadministratie - Leidinggevende kwaliteiten en de ambitie om mee te groeien met het bedrijf - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands - Brede kennis binnen de Accountancy - Commerciële vaardigheden en makkelijk contact met klanten - Proactief, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk - Zelfstandig kunnen we...
