Voor complexe bodemvraagstukken draai jij je hand niet om. Als senior adviseur bodem vertaal je kennis naar slimme oplossingen en strategieën. Jouw adviezen maken het verschil bij gebiedsontwikkeling, sanering en beleidsvorming. Wat ga je doen? Als senior adviseur bodem werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan diverse projecten op het snijvlak van bodemonderzoek, risicobeoordeling en milieubeleid. Je neemt het voortouw in trajecten die vragen om specialistische kennis van wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Omgevingswet en de Wet bodembescherming. Je ontwikkelt saneringsstrategieën, denkt mee over herontwikkelingen en bent een deskundige gesprekspartner voor zowel collega’s als opdrachtgevers. Naast je inhoudelijke rol geef je richting aan het team. Je stuurt projecten aan van begin tot eind, onderhoudt klantrelaties en begeleidt junioren in hun ontwikkeling. Of het nu gaat om het beoordelen van verontreinigde locaties of het vormgeven van duurzame bodemoplossingen, jouw visie en ervaring zorgen voor impact. Je werkt binnen een advies- en ingenieursbureau dat toonaangevend is op het gebied van milieu. Hier krijg je alle ruimte om je vakinhoudelijk te verdiepen en tegelijk je leiderschapskwaliteiten verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden Opstellen van saneringsstrategieën en milieukundige rapportages; Aansturen van bodemonderzoeken en risicobeoordelingen; Adviseren binnen multidisciplinaire gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten; Begeleiden en coachen van junior collega’s op inhoud en proces; Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties binnen overheid en industrie. Wat heb jij in huis? Een hbo- of wo-opleiding in milieukunde, aardwetenschappen, chemie of civiele techniek; Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in bodemonderzoek of milieukundig advies; Kennis van wet- en regelgeving zoals de Omgevingswet en Wbb; Ervaring met projectmanagement en aansturing van teams; BRL-certificering of bereidheid deze te behalen; Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent sterk in communicatie.
