Wat ga je doen? Het Gemeenschappelijk Landbouwbeleid (GLB) is het fundament voor het beleid in het landelijk gebied. Als senior adviseur GLB speel jij een belangrijke rol en werk je aan het huidige beleid, de voorbereiding op de nieuwe GLB-periode en de doorontwikkeling van het agrarisch natuurbeheer. Je richt je op de hoog-ambtelijke en bestuurlijke aspecten van deze dossiers. Jij zorgt voor afstemming en informatie-uitwisseling tussen provincies, spreekt namens provincies in overleggen met partners en vertaalt operationele vragen naar bestuurlijke keuzes. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je goed nadenkt over de mogelijke besluitvormingsroutes, creatief bent in het bedenken van oplossingen om tot een voorstel voor bestuurlijke besluiten te komen en goed regie houdt over processen die lopen. Naast de inhoudelijke opgaven ligt er een belangrijke governance-uitdaging. Provincies werken aan versterking van hun onderlinge samenwerking en aan een stevig partnerschap met het Rijk. Voor de nieuwe GLB-periode moet de governance verder worden uitgewerkt. Ook ligt er een opgave om de mogelijkheden van het GLB beter te verbinden met de ontwikkeling van het landelijk gebied en de vraagstukken rond onder andere stikstof. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van provinciale portefeuillehouders bij hun inbreng in de GLB-governance, waaronder bestuurlijke overleggen, stuurgroep en verschillende ambtelijke overleggen, en zorgen dat provinciale belangen helder en tijdig worden ingebracht. - Opstellen van annotaties, beslisnotities en ...
