Het doel is signalen en patronen uit burgerervaringen zichtbaar te maken, te vertalen naar bestuurlijk relevante inzichten en structurele agendering en opvolging binnen de organisatie te borgen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen van een praktisch en herbruikbaar framework voor rapportages en signaleringsproducten. - Ontwerpen van een heldere procesinrichting met rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, inputstromen, kwaliteitscriteria, planningen en deadlines. - Inrichten van het proces van inzicht → signalering → bespreking → opvolging, inclusief criteria voor identificatie van signalen en patronen en afweging van MT-relevantie. - Inrichten van agendering (wanneer, hoe, door wie) en borging van opvolging en terugkoppeling. - Brengen in kaart welke informatie, indicatoren en stuurdata structureel nodig zijn. - Ontwikkelen van een uniforme werkwijze voor interpretatie van cijfers en trends, duiding van beleidswijzigingen en signalering van structurele knelpunten vanuit burgerperspectief. - Leveren van een beknopt borgingsdocument/handleiding met formats, voorbeelden en procesbeschrijving. - Overdracht van werkwijze en producten aan het relevante team en bijdrage aan duurzame inbedding van rapportage en signalering.
