Wil jij complexe milieuvraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen? Als Senior Adviseur Omgevingsvergunningen begeleid je uitdagende vergunningstrajecten voor grote industriële bedrijven. Met jouw kennis van milieuwetgeving en de Omgevingswet maak je impact op duurzame ontwikkelingen in Nederland. Wat ga je doen?Als Senior Adviseur Omgevingsvergunningen ben je voor onze opdrachtgever het aanspreekpunt voor industriële bedrijven met complexe vraagstukken over milieu en vergunningverlening. Je begeleidt omgevingsvergunningstrajecten van begin tot eind en zorgt dat projecten voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Hierbij adviseer je over milieubelastende activiteiten, bouwvergunningen, milieueffectrapportages (MER), ruimtelijke ordening en natuur. Je brengt de benodigde vergunningen en milieuonderzoeken in kaart en bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende procedures. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten, overheden en bevoegde gezagen om vergunningaanvragen zorgvuldig en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Binnen deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende industriële projecten in Midden- en Noord-Nederland, waarbij verduurzaming, uitbreiding en nieuwe ontwikkelingen centraal staan. Je beoordeelt technische onderzoeken op het gebied van water, stikstof, Zeer Zorgwekkende Stoffen (ZZS), Beste Beschikbare Technieken (BBT) en PGS-richtlijnen. Ook voer je vergunninggerichte due diligence-onderzoeken uit en signaleer je mogelijke risico's binnen projecten. Dankzij jouw brede kennis weet je verschillende milieuthema's met elkaar te verbinden en vertaal je complexe wetgeving naar duidelijke adviezen. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig projecten te begeleiden, duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen en minder ervaren adviseurs inhoudelijk te ondersteunen. Zo draag je direct bij aan haalbare plannen en een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving.
