Als Senior Adviseur Operational Excellence ontwikkel je hiervoor een praktisch raamwerk en zorg je dat dit daadwerkelijk toepasbaar wordt binnen de organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen van een praktisch en richtinggevend raamwerk voor Operational Excellence; - In kaart brengen en analyseren van knelpunten binnen processen en organisatie; - Ophalen van input bij management, teams en verschillende disciplines; - Identificeren en prioriteren van concrete verbeterinitiatieven; - Verbinden van procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering, data en verandermanagement; - Adviseren van management en directie over strategische verbeteropgaven; - Ontwikkelen van datagedreven sturing, KPI's en passende dataproducten; - Adviseren over organisatiestructuren, rollen en governance; - Begeleiden van verander- en transformatietrajecten; - Creëren van draagvlak voor nieuwe werkwijzen en verbeterinitiatieven; - Verbinden van ...
