Dit project behoort tot een van de grootste en meest strategische infrastructurele investeringen binnen de afvalwaterketen in Zuid-Holland. Het project bevindt zich in de overgang naar ontwerp- en realisatiefase. Als Senior Adviseur Veiligheid & Gezondheid (V&G Coördinator) vertegenwoordig je de opdrachtgever op het gebied van veiligheid en gezondheid en veranker je veiligheid vanaf de ontwerpfase binnen een complex, multidisciplinair projectteam. Werkzaamheden - Opstellen, actualiseren en implementeren van het V&G-beleid binnen het project. - Borgen van veiligheid en gezondheid vanaf ontwerp tot en met realisatie. - Adviseren van projectdirectie en projectmanagement over ontwerpveiligheid, bouwveiligheid en veiligheidsmanagement. - Signaleren van veiligheidsrisico's en vertalen naar effectieve en proportionele beheersmaatregelen. - Toetsen van ontwerpdocumenten op veiligheid, V&G-plannen en veiligheidsdossiers. - Toetsen van de naleving van contractuele veiligheidseisen. - Initiëren, ondersteunen en deelnemen aan audits, inspecties en veiligheidsreviews. - Deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen, projectoverleggen en veiligheidssessies. - Borgen van naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsafspraken vanuit de opdrachtgever. - Bevorderen van een positieve veiligheidscultuur door bewustwording, coaching en voorlichting. - Coördineren van V&G-activiteiten aan opdrachtgeverszijde en fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor management en directie.
