We zoeken een senior agile coach die maatschappelijke impact maakt, teams en management verbindt en een op maat gemaakte SAFe-implementatie helpt versnellen. - Locatie: Utrecht - Organisatieonderdeel: Politiedienstencentrum - Vakgebied: ICT - Niveau: HBO BACHELOR Wat ga je doen? Als senior agile coach werk je aan de verschillende transitieopgaven binnen de Dienst Informatievoorziening (IV). Deze transitieopgaven komen voort uit de IV-strategie van de politie, waarbij de komende jaren onder andere het werken in waardeketens geïmplementeerd moet worden. In jouw rol ben je betrokken bij diverse vraagstukken die hieruit voortvloeien. Je richt je daarbij primair op de inrichting en werkwijze van de scaling agile-transitie en hebt daarnaast specifiek focus op het aandachtsgebied Dienstverlening als belangrijk onderdeel binnen dit geheel. Je doet dit in nauwe samenwerking met de organisatie en haar management, waarbij je met gezag en expertise richting geeft aan de inrichting en transitie. Je bent zowel strategisch gids als een pragmatische mentor. Jouw focus ligt op vier pijlers: - De architect van de treinen: Je begeleidt de succesvolle opzet en lancering van twee gloednieuwe Agile Release Trains (ART's) binnen het aandachtsgebied Dienstverlening. - Mentorschap op nieuwe rollen: Je coacht een kersverse release train engineer (RTE) die barst van de ambitie, maar de vlieguren nog mist.
