Maar je voelt ook dat ons vak verschuift: AI verandert nu al hoe we ontwikkelen en wat opdrachtgevers van software verwachten. De vraag is niet óf je meegaat, maar of je werkgever je daar echt bij helpt of dat je het er zelf in de avonduren bij moet doen. Wij hebben die keuze allang gemaakt. Bij Profit4Cloud zetten we vol in op AI, aan twee kanten tegelijk. We gebruiken AI als ontwikkeltool zodat onze engineers sneller en slimmer bouwen, en we bouwen AI in de oplossingen die we voor opdrachtgevers maken. Jij staat bij allebei vooraan. Wij geloven niet dat AI de software engineer overbodig maakt. Het verschuift de rol, en goede engineers worden daardoor juist waardevoller. Het schrijven van code gaat steeds vaker door agents. Maar iemand moet die agents aansturen, en dat is waar jouw vakmanschap binnenkomt. Aan de voorkant specificeer jij wat er moet gebeuren en zet je de kaders, guardrails en harnassing op waarbinnen de agents werken. Aan de achterkant valideer je het resultaat, geef je gericht feedback en verbeter je de aansturing. Jij bewaakt de architectuur en bepaalt wat goede code is. Dat vraagt precies om wat jij al hebt: een diep begrip van software engineering, architectuur en kwaliteit, ingezet in een nieuwe manier van werken. Je helpt onze opdrachtgevers in onder andere FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, Industry, Energy en Overheid om hun doelen te behalen en de transitie naar AI succesvol te maken. Hoever een opdrachtgever is met agent-gedreven ontwikkeling verschilt per project, dus je krijgt zowel klassiek bouwwerk als werk waarin je agents aanstuurt en valideert. Je vertaalt AI en Large Language Models naar oplossingen die echt in productie draaien. Je bouwt RAG-pipelines, agentic workflows en LLM-integraties...
