Onze klant is een toegewijde organisatie gespecialiseerd in oplossingen op het gebied van cloud-gebaseerde ICT en Unified Communications. De diensten zijn op maat gemaakt om organisaties slimmer en efficiënter te laten presteren. Hoewel ze zich voornamelijk richten op middelgrote organisaties, zijn ze flexibel genoeg om iedereen te kunnen helpen. De Functie: In deze functie ben je het visitekaartje voor de organisatie en ondersteun je grote bedrijven en instellingen als onderdeel van het IT-beheer team. Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, inrichten, beheren en bewaken van de ICT-oplossingen. Taken: - Het oplossen van 2e en 3e lijns incidenten; - Het uitvoeren van updates; - Monitoring; - Changes; - IT security; - Documentaties. Gevraagd Profiel: - Jij hebt minimaal hbo werk en denkniveau; - Jij hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Systeem- en Netwerkbeheerder; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met Windows en Linux; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met VMware en/of Citrix; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met Office 365; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met netwerken, switches en routers; - Jij hebt kennis en ervaring met ITIL; - Kennis en ervaring met Azure is een pre.
