- Vandaag - 15274 Profiel opdrachtgever Als Senior Allround Uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding op diverse bouwprojecten, variërend van nieuwbouw tot omvangrijke renovaties. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden uitgevoerd volgens de afgesproken planning, binnen het gestelde budget en conform de geldende kwaliteitsnormen. Als verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgever, projectleider, onderaannemers en het bouwteam zorg je voor een soepele samenwerking en heldere communicatie. Veiligheid heeft daarbij altijd de hoogste prioriteit, net als het onderhouden van sterke en professionele relaties met alle betrokken partijen. Functie inhoud - Dagelijks aansturen van het bouwteam en de betrokken onderaannemers op de projectlocatie. - Toezien op de voortgang van de projectplanning en bewaken van de financiële kaders. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving en het handhaven van de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. - Tijdig herkennen van risico's en knelpunten en hierop anticiperen met passende oplossingen. - Coördineren en onderhouden van de communicatie met onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. - Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte registratie van de projectvoortgang en een succesvolle oplevering. - Ondersteunen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van junior uitvoerders en overige teamleden. Functie eisen - Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring als uitvoerder binnen de bouwsector. - Aantoonbare ervaring met de realisatie van zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden gecombineerd met natuurlijk leiderschap. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en heeft veiligheid altijd hoog in het vaandel staan. - Denk in oplossingen en schakelt moeiteloos mee bij veranderende omstandigheden. - Ervaring met het bewaken van projectbudgetten en het realiseren van projecten binnen de gestelde planning.
