Bij BAKKER accountants & adviseurs werk je voor mkb-bedrijven en maatschappelijke organisaties, met direct klantcontact en ruimte om mee te denken over financiële, fiscale en strategische vraagstukken. Je werkt samen met collega's uit accountancy, audit en fiscaliteit. Ook is er aandacht voor vernieuwende oplossingen, waaronder AI, waar die klanten en interne processen beter helpen. Your role - Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen en zorgt voor een goede opbouw van dossiers. - Je bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten en onderhoudt klantrelaties. - Je adviseert klanten op financieel en fiscaal gebied. - Je ondersteunt ondernemers en organisaties bij beslissingen op basis van financiële inzichten. - Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, zoals accountancy, audit en fiscaliteit. - Je denkt mee over procesverbetering en de inzet van innovatieve oplossingen, waaronder AI. - Je deelt kennis met collega's en blijft je vakinhoudelijk ontwikkelen.
