Als (Senior) Associate binnen het Target Operating Model (TOM) team werk je aan zowel bedrijfsbrede organisatievraagstukken als functionele transformaties. Je helpt klanten bij het ontwerpen van de manier waarop de organisatie als geheel werkt én hoe specifieke functies, zoals C ommercie, O perations, I nkoop en Finance optimaal bijdragen aan de strategische doelstellingen van de onderneming. Dit ga je doen Je werkt binnen een team dat zich volledig richt op Target Model (TOM) transformaties binnen de commerciële en semipublieke sector. Je helpt klanten bij het vertalen van hun strategie naar een toekomstbestendige inrichting van hun organisatie, zodat zij beter kunnen inspelen op veranderende klantbehoeften,...
