Bij een scheepsbouwer in Vlissingen werk je aan de automatisering van complexe marineschepen. Als Senior Automation Engineer vertaal je operationele eisen naar automatiseringsconcepten waarmee de bemanning scheepssystemen kan bedienen en bewaken. Je legt de basis voor de PLC- en SCADA-systemen aan boord en bewaakt de samenhang tussen functionele beschrijvingen, componentspecificaties en systeemintegratie. Daarbij zorg je dat het ontwerp voldoet aan klassenregels en klanteisen, van concept tot ingebruikname. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met multidisciplinaire engineeringteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je werkt volgens het V-model in een modelgebaseerde engineeringomgeving en beoordeelt ontwerpen tijdens zowel de engineering- als de bouwfase. Met simulaties, FAT, HAT en SAT toets je of systemen aantoonbaar functioneren zoals bedoeld. Je verdiept je vakkennis in maritieme automatisering en krijgt ruimte voor professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen van automatiseringsconcepten, functionele beschrijvingen en basic-engineeringdocumenten voor scheepssystemen - Opstellen en onderhouden van specificaties voor automatiseringscomponenten en installatieprocessen - Uitwerken van test- en validatieplannen voor simulaties, FAT, HAT en SAT - Technisch aansturen van leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaken van hun projectbijdragen - Beoordelen van leveranciersontwerpen en integreren daarvan in het scheepsontwerp - Ontwikkelen van standaarden en werkmethoden voor detailengineering en commissioning - Ondersteunen van offertetrajecten, lopende projecten en inbedrijfstelling met technisch advies Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo- of wo-niveau in technische informatica, industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een verwante richting - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met ontwerp en installatie van complexe PLC-/SCADA-systemen, bij voorkeur in maritieme, offshore- of luchtvaarttoepassingen - Ervaring met complexe projecten met multidisciplin.
