Bij een producent van medische voeding werk je als Senior Automation Engineer aan de betrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van industriële productiefaciliteiten. Binnen Engineering beheer je procesbesturingssystemen en zorg je dat wijzigingen passen binnen geldende richtlijnen, procedures en technische standaarden. Je richt je op een continu productieproces, met aandacht voor productkwaliteit, veiligheid, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kosten. Siemens PLC’s, iFix SCADA en batchbesturing vormen belangrijke technische aanknopingspunten voor je werk. In de dagelijkse praktijk help je collega’s bij complexe storingen en vertaal je terugkerende problemen naar structurele verbeteringen. Je werkt samen met engineers en technologen aan risicoanalyses, technische voorstellen en de implementatie en validatie van aanpassingen. Ook plan je onderhoud en bereid je systeemvervanging voor vanuit life cycle management. Zo combineer je directe ondersteuning van de productie met technische verdieping in procesautomatisering, standaarden en langetermijnbeheer. Wat ga je doen? - Beheer procesbesturingssystemen en ondersteun collega’s bij complexe automatiseringsstoringen. - Analyseer trends en terugkerende knelpunten en implementeer verbeteringen met engineers en technologen. - Beoordeel wijzigingsrisico’s voor productkwaliteit, procescontinuïteit en veiligheid. - Werk mee aan de voorbereiding, installatie en validatie van multidisciplinaire projecten. - Bepaal mede welke automatiseringswerkzaamheden intern worden uitgevoerd of uitbesteed. - Ontwikkel en beheer technische standaarden, procedures en systeemdocumentatie. - Plan systeemonderhoud, adviseer over reservecomponenten en initieer vervanging vanuit life cycle management. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering. - Je hebt bij voorkeur twee tot vijf jaar productie-ervaring in de farmacie, voedingsmiddelen- of zuivelindustrie. - Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC’s en..
