Voor onze klant, gelegen in regio Kortrijk, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Automation Engineer. Deze organisatie is gespecialiseerd in hooggeautomatiseerde machinebouw en werkt dagelijks met de nieuwste technologieën, waaronder Industry 4.0, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV's) en robotica.

De vestiging in Kortrijk telt vandaag ongeveer 100 medewerkers en kent een sterke groei. Als internationaal actieve onderneming ontwikkelt en produceert men hier geavanceerde automatiseringssystemen en machines voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen.

Omwille van de verdere groei van de activiteiten is men op zoek naar een PLC Programmeur om het team te versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor de PLC-programmatie van hoogtechnologische machines en volgt elektrische schema’s op
  • Verzorgen voor de opstart van de machines bij de klant, zowel in binnen- als buitenland. Dit kan onder andere in Europa, Canada of Nieuw-Zeeland zijn
  • Bij de klant sta je in voor het opleiden van lokale medewerkers, zodat zij de werking en bediening van de machines goed onder de knie krijgen
  • Je voert simulaties en testen uit op de PLC-software
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica of Automatisatie
  • Minstens een 5-tal jaar relevante ervaring als PLC Programmeur is een must
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig buitenlandse verplaatsingen te maken. Afhankelijk van de locatie kan je hiervoor enkele dagen of langer van huis zijn (Europa, Canada, Nieuw-Zeeland,…).
  • Ervaring met Siemens Tia Portal is nodig om deze functie tot een goed einde te kunnen brengen
