Voor onze klant, regio Waregem, gaan wij op zoek naar een Automation Engineer. Dit internationaal familiebedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert mechanische componenten die instaan voor de bediening en afwerking van aluminium raam- en deurprofielen. Hoewel hun producten wereldwijd worden toegepast, blijft het bedrijf zelf vaak op de achtergrond: de componenten maken deel uit van het eindproduct zonder dat hun naam zichtbaar is.

Met een jaarlijkse omzet van ongeveer €70 miljoen heeft de organisatie een sterke positie opgebouwd binnen haar niche. Dankzij de combinatie van technische expertise, productkwaliteit en voortdurende innovatie groeide ze uit tot een toonaangevende speler in haar markt.

Binnen het 20-koppige R&D-team is er momenteel ruimte voor versterking. Daarom zijn ze op zoek naar een ervaren PLC-Programmeur om hun machinepark verder te automatiseren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven en optimaliseren van PLC’s
  • Zowel de automatisatie van nieuwe machines als updates aan bestaande installaties vallen onder jouw taken
  • Instaan om alle programmaties om te vormen naar Siemens
  • Bovendien teken je ook elektrische schema’s uit en los je complexe storingen in de PLC’s op
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen (maintenance, productie,…) om de beoogde resultaten te bekomen
  • Analyseren en selecteren van de nodige componenten voor elk project
  • Je behaalde een Bachelors/Masterdiploma Elektromechanica of Automatisatie
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring met PLC-Programmatie is een must
  • Je hebt kennis van Siemens, WinCC en Mitsubishi
