Bij een internationale producent in de chemische industrie in Dordrecht werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van productie-installaties. Als Senior Automation & Process Control Engineer combineer je technische verdieping in DCS-, SIS- en PLC-systemen met het leiden van multidisciplinaire automatiseringsprojecten. Je vertaalt de langetermijnvisie voor besturingssystemen naar concrete vervangingsplannen, systeemwijzigingen en procesoptimalisaties, met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid en OT-cybersecurity. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je procesbesturingsvraagstukken, beoordeel je installatieprestaties en stem je verbeteringen af met operatie, collega-engineers en leveranciers. Ook werk je samen met technische teams op andere internationale locaties. Je schakelt tussen programmeren, adviseren en projectcoördinatie en helpt collega’s met jouw vakkennis verder. Via cursussen en opleidingen kun je je expertise verdiepen; bij passende leidinggevende competenties is doorgroei naar functioneel leider op termijn mogelijk. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen van de langetermijnvisie en onderhouden, actualiseren en implementeren van het Asset Renewal Plan - Monitoren van betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties en rapporteren van KPI’s aan het management - Beheren van servicecontracten en afstemmen met leveranciers en internationale productielocaties - Analyseren en oplossen van procesbesturingsvraagstukken en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen - Leiden van multidisciplinaire projecten voor automatisering en procesbesturing - Uitvoeren van configuratie- en programmatuurwijzigingen aan DCS-, SIS- en PLC-systemen - Verbinden van operatie, engineering en externe partners bij technische keuzes en implementaties Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Chemical Engineering of vergelijkbaar - Meer dan tien jaar relevante ervaring met automatisering en procesbesturing - Ervaring met DCS, SIS, PLC, in.
