Senior begeleider Groningen SENIOR BEGELEIDER Locatie: Groningen Uren: 28-36 uur per week Salaris: schaal 7 (€ 3.168 - € 4.733) cao Sociaal Werk Startdatum: in overleg KORTE SAMENVATTING Als senior begeleider bij CURA XL werk je op de groep en neem je de regie in de dagelijkse begeleiding. Je begeleidt cliënten met complexe problematiek, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat de dag goed verloopt. Tegelijk stuur je collega's aan in het werk en ben je het aanspreekpunt op de groep. Je ziet wat er speelt, schakelt waar nodig en zorgt dat begeleiding aansluit op wat cliënten nodig hebben. WAT JE GAAT DOEN Je werkt op de groep en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verloop van de dag. Je start samen met het team, verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Gedurende de dag begeleid je cliënten bij dagelijkse situaties en activiteiten, terwijl je tegelijk het overzicht houdt op de groep. Je schakelt continu tussen begeleiden, aansturen en bijsturen. Soms loopt de dag volgens plan, soms moet je direct ingrijpen bij onrust of veranderingen. Je weet wat er speelt, maakt keuzes in de aanpak en zorgt dat het team daarin meebeweegt. Concreet betekent dat: - Regie voeren op de groep: je bewaakt de structuur, het leefklimaat en het verloop van de dag - Begeleiden van complexe casussen: je ondersteunt cliënten met zwaardere problematiek en stuurt bij waar nodig - Aansturen van collega's: je verdeelt werkzaamheden, coacht collega's en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt - Opstellen en bewaken van zorgplannen: je vertaalt situaties naar acties en houdt de voortgang in de gaten - Signaleren en schakelen: je herkent knelpunten en weet wanneer je andere professionals moet betrekken WIE JIJ BENT Je bent aanwezig, scherp en neemt van nature de leiding als dat nodig is.
