Je bent vraagbaak en mentor voor minder ervaren beheerders, bouwt en onderhoudt netwerken rond je werkterrein en maakt daar uitvoeringsafspraken over. Daarnaast analyseer je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening gedurende de hele levenscyclus, adviseert over verbeteringen en pakt de implementatie en evaluatie daarvan zelf op. Eisen - 5 jaar ICT-ervaring Microsoft Server on-premise Beheer. - Up-to-date Microsoft server certificering - 3 jaar ervaring met 2e of 3e lijns support. 3e lijns is een pré. - Toepasbare kennis (scripten) van Powershell is vereist, andere talen is een pré - Toegepaste ervaring met Agile-technieken (Kanban, scrum, dev-ops), Confluence en Jira - Brede kennis van ITSM-processen en frameworks, zoals ITIL - Toegepaste ervaring met Service Management gerelateerde tooling bijvoorbeeld USM - Goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in woord en geschrift. - 5 jaar ervaring in een Enterprise omgeving. Ervaring bij Politie is een pré. - 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft WSUS - 5 jaar ervaring met het Microsoft Windows server deployment. Opdrachtomschrijving Wat ga je doen?
