Binnen ons cluster Gezondheidsbeleid & Ontwikkeling werken we samen met gemeenten en partners aan een regio waar alle inwoners gelijke kansen hebben om gezond op te groeien en gezond oud te worden. Voor ons team Strategie & Beleid zoeken we een ervaren senior beleidsadviseur die complexe maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke vraagstukken weet te doorgronden en te vertalen naar heldere beleidskeuzes en strategische adviezen. Je ziet snel verbanden, houdt overzicht en weet verschillende partijen rond een gezamenlijk vraagstuk bij elkaar te brengen. Je werkt aan complexe vraagstukken die bijdragen aan het verkleinen van gezondheidsachterstanden en het verbeteren van de gezondheid van inwoners, onder andere in het programma Trendbreuk Zuid-Limburg. Je hebt daarbij geen vastomlijnde portefeuille voor één project of beleidsthema. Je wordt ingezet op onderwerpen waar jouw ervaring en expertise het meest nodig zijn. Je analyseert wat er speelt, brengt verschillende belangen in beeld en adviseert over de koers. Je volgt maatschappelijke, bestuurlijke en wetenschappelijke ontwikkelingen en maakt duidelijk wat deze betekenen voor de GGD, gemeenten en de regio. Daarbij schakel je gemakkelijk tussen strategische advisering en concrete beleidsvoorbereiding en werk je veel samen met gemeenten, collega's en uiteenlopende regionale en landelijke partners. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Je adviseert gemeenten, management en andere interne en externe partners over complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van publieke gezondheid en de uitvoering van programma's zoals Trendbreuk; - Je ontwikkelt beleidsadviezen en -voorstellen voor lokaal en regionaal gezondheidsbeleid en adviseert over de keuzes die daarbij nodig zijn; - Je neemt zelfstandig het voortouw bij complexe beleids- ...
