Als (senior) bouwfysicus lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van veilige, comfortabele en duurzame gebouwen. Je adviseert over bouwfysische onderwerpen zoals geluid, brandveiligheid, daglicht, klimaat, warmte en vocht. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele ontwerpproces, van de eerste schets tot de oplevering, en denkt integraal mee in het ontwerp. Je werkt samen in multidisciplinaire teams, coördineert bouwfysische vraagstukken en begeleidt minder ervaren collega's. Je stelt bouwfysische rekenmodellen op, voert berekeningen en metingen uit en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen. Je stemt af met architecten, adviseurs en aannemers en zorgt ervoor dat bouwfysische aspecten goed geïntegreerd worden in het ontwerp. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van appartementencomplexen tot specialistische gebouwen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ruime ervaring binnen het vakgebied bouwfysica. - Kennis van het opstellen van berekeningen, rapportages en advisering binnen projecten. - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in bouwkunde, bouwtechniek, bouwfysica, natuurkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring met werken in multidisciplinaire teams en het coördineren van inhoudelijke vraagstukken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende disciplines.
