Als Senior Bouwplantoetser Omgevingswet ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van complexe aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen binnen de bouwsector. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze aanvragen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Omgevingswet en het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving. Je levert inhoudelijke adviezen voor besluitvorming en werkt nauw samen met interne adviseurs en ketenpartners. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling van het team door kennisdeling en coaching. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met het VTH systeem Powerbrowser. - Ervaring in het coachen van medewerkers. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met complexe aanvragen en juridische aspecten rondom vergunningen. - Sterk in klantcontact met een servicegerichte en professionele houding. - Afgeronde opleiding ABW-2. - Ervaring met werken binnen een gemeentelijke context. - HBO werk- en denkniveau met een achtergrond in juridisch, bouw of ruimtelijke ordening.
