Als ervaren Calculator GWW heb je invloed op de projecten die de organisatie aanneemt. Je onderzoekt de technische mogelijkheden, doorgrondt de financiële consequenties en adviseert welke aanpak een sterke inschrijving oplevert. Je werkt aan aanbestedingen voor bijvoorbeeld een complexe rioolreconstructie, de vernieuwing van een provinciale weg, een dijkverbetering of de aanleg van infrastructuur rondom een distributiecentrum. Jouw expertise is vooral waardevol wanneer informatie onvolledig is, de uitvoeringsruimte beperkt is of verschillende contractvoorwaarden samenkomen. Je bouwt een begroting waarvan iedere belangrijke keuze te verklaren is. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor complexe calculaties en geeft richting aan de financiële voorbereiding van aanbestedingen. Je bepaalt welke onderzoeken, offertes en uitvoeringsscenario's nodig zijn om tot een verantwoorde prijs te komen. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit van de onderbouwing en maak je duidelijk waar kansen en onzekerheden liggen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het beoordelen van nieuwe aanvragen op technische haalbaarheid, commerciële kansen en aansluiting bij de organisatie; - Het opzetten en uitwerken van integrale kostprijsbegrotingen voor omvangrijke GWW-projecten; - Het doorgronden van contractstukken, bestekken, ontwerpen en vraagspecificaties; - Het bepalen van maatgevende kostenposten en onderzoeken van prijsgevoelige uitgangspunten; - Het vergelijken van uitvoeringsscenario's, bouwfaseringen en logistieke oplossingen; - Het begroten van tijdelijke voorzieningen, verkeersmaatregelen, bemaling en bouwplaatsinrichting; ...
