Er wordt intensief gewerkt aan de realisatie van nieuwe bedrijventerreinen en woonwijken, evenals aan diverse inbreidings- en bouwprojecten binnen het bestaande stedelijk gebied. De medewerker handhaving bouw speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen deze projecten. Het komende jaar staat in het teken van het optimaliseren van ons toezicht en onze handhaving op basis van de eerste ervaringen met de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb). Daarnaast vragen het toezicht en de handhaving op het toenemende aantal evenementen in de gemeente om de nodige aandacht. Momenteel brengt de organisatie de benodigde capaciteit voor deze taken in kaart en worden de interne processen verder geoptimaliseerd. Omdat de reguliere aanvragen en meldingen onverminderd doorgaan, is Gemeente Zeewolde per direct op zoek naar tijdelijke versterking. Functie-omschrijving & Opdracht De werkzaamheden binnen deze functie zijn: - Het ondersteunen en opleiden van de huidige casemanagers; - Het behandelen van aanvragen om vergunningen; - Het behandelen van meldingen; - Het meedenken in procesverbeteringen. Eisen - Aantoonbaar minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als casemanager vergunningen binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Aantoonbaar minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Centric Leef Omgeving (CLO) - Aantoonbaar minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het opleiden en het begeleiden van junior casemanagers in de theorie van de vakinhoud en in de praktijk We...
