Wat ga je doen? - Jij bepaalt en beheert het assortiment voor onze digitale kanalen - Je werkt nauw samen met internationale leveranciers, vooral in China - Je herkent trends, onderhandelt scherpe deals en breidt ons aanbod uit - Je ontwikkelt en beheert een maandelijkse innovatieroadmap - Je stemt af met ons team in China en begeleidt de volledige productlevenscyclus - Je gebruikt tools zoals Helium10, Markt Mentor en zoekvolumedata om kansen te signaleren - Je werkt samen met retail category buyers en deelt marktinzichten Vereisten Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Buyer, Category Manager of Purchaser in retail/wholesale (non-food is een pre) - Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden - je sluit winstgevende deals zonder relaties te schaden - Je werkt data-gedreven en neemt beslissingen op basis van feiten, trends en intuïtie - Ervaring met leveranciers in Azië (bij voorkeur China) - Proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling - Bereidheid om te reizen (bijv. naar China en internationale beurzen) - Vloeiend in Engels; Nederlands is een pre Wie zijn wij?
