The posting

Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt bij de klant. Je vertrekt dagelijks met je volledig uitgeruste servicewagen en lost ook de complexere storingen zelfstandig op.

  • Installatie en indienststelling van CNC-bewerkingsmachines bij klanten, inclusief uitlijning en afregeling
  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud van freesmachines, draaibanken en roterende tafels
  • Diagnose en herstelling van mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen, tot op het niveau van besturing, drives en spindel
  • Opleiding en technische ondersteuning van machinegebruikers
  • Technische ondersteuning en begeleiding van minder ervaren collega's in het serviceteam
  • Correcte rapportering, administratieve opvolging en beheer van je voorraad wisselstukken
  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, mechatronica, automatisering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met installatie, onderhoud en herstelling van CNC-bewerkingsmachines, bij voorkeur in field service bij een machinebouwer of -verdeler
  • Vertrouwd met CNC-besturingen (bv. Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain of gelijkaardig) en met PLC-logica
  • Stevige basis in mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Rijbewijs B en bereid om dagelijks bij klanten in België en Luxemburg te werken
  • Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een pluspunt (technische documentatie en internationale trainingen)
  • Zelfstandig, klantgericht en analytisch: je blijft rustig wanneer een machine bij de klant stilstaat
  • Vast contract in een stabiele, groeiende organisatie
