Welke belastingsituatie is werkelijk maatgevend, welke onzekerheden zijn acceptabel en welk detail verdient extra aandacht? Als Senior Constructeur Civiele Techniek bepaal jij hoe complexe ontwerpvragen worden onderzocht en bewezen. Je werkt aan projecten waarbij een standaardoplossing zelden volstaat. Denk aan de versterking van een bestaand viaduct zonder langdurige afsluiting, een nieuwe fundering naast kwetsbare bebouwing, de renovatie van een sluiscomplex of een kadeconstructie die hogere waterstanden moet kunnen opvangen. Jij brengt structuur in technische onzekerheid en zorgt dat ontwerpkeuzes veilig, toetsbaar én uitvoerbaar zijn. In deze rol ben je het constructieve geweten van uitdagende civiele projecten. Je bepaalt niet alleen hóé er wordt gerekend, maar vooral wát er moet worden aangetoond. Je bewaakt de technische samenhang tussen ontwerp, ondergrond, bouwmethode en gebruiksfase. Wanneer belangen of uitgangspunten botsen, maak jij de consequenties inzichtelijk en geef je een overtuigend advies. Je gaat onder andere: - De constructieve ontwerpstrategie bepalen voor complexe civiele kunstwerken; - Rekenen aan bruggen, viaducten, tunnels, sluizen, kademuren, gemalen en zware funderingsconstructies; - Ontwerpuitgangspunten, belastingscombinaties en verificatiemethoden vaststellen; - Geavanceerde constructieve analyses uitvoeren en rekenmodellen kritisch valideren; - Bestaande kunstwerken beoordelen op draagkracht, restlevensduur en versterkingsmogelijkheden; - Alternatieven vergelijken op veiligheid, materiaalgebruik, kosten, duurzaamheid en maakbaarheid; Je combineert di...
