The posting

Als Senior Constructeur werk je in een klein, technisch team aan complexe machines en installaties voor klanten wereldwijd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen verkoop en productie en vertaalt klantwensen naar werkbare 3D-ontwerpen en productietekeningen. Je houdt het overzicht over planning en kwaliteit, stuurt tekenaars aan en neemt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor technische uitwerking en documentatie. Projecten lopen van gerobotiseerde productielijnen tot analytische instrumenten, dus je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillend technisch werk. Je voert berekeningen uit, organiseert ontwerpevaluaties en schrijft handleidingen en risicoanalyses. Dit is een hands-on rol waarin je technisch inhoudelijk meedoet en tegelijk zorgt dat projecten op tijd en volgens specificatie worden opgeleverd.

Functie-inhoud

- Ontwerpen en modelleren van nieuwe machines en installaties in 3D, inclusief productietekeningen en volledige stuklijsten. - Vertalen van klant- en wettelijke eisen naar een eenduidig eisenprogramma en technische specificaties. - Uitvoeren van noodzakelijke ontwerpberekeningen, risicoanalyses en schrijven van gebruikers- en onderhoudshandleidingen. - Aansturen en begeleiden van tekenaars, organiseren van ontwerpevaluaties en bewaken van planning en kwaliteit.

Functie-eisen

- HBO/WO diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar en minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de machinebouw. - Ervaring met 3D CAD-systemen, bij voorkeur SolidWorks, en het opstellen van productietekeningen en stuklijsten. - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en praktisch ingesteld; je schakelt tussen verkoop, engineering en productie zonder verlies van overzicht. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met kleine projectsturing.
