Jij bent het boegbeeld voor onze klanten en de technische rots in de branding. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je het gezicht van onze technisch meest uitdagende projecten. Je bent niet alleen rekenkundig de expert, maar ook de organisatorische motor die zorgt dat projecten van begin tot eind goed verlopen. - Dragen van de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor integrale ontwerpen en de constructieve veiligheid in complexe projecten. - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit van diverse projecten samen met (junior) projectleiders. - Fungeren als mentor voor onze constructeurs om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen. - Meedenken over de strategische koers, innovaties en de verdere groei van ons bureau. - Verzorgen van de projectvoorbereiding, van scherpe offertes tot strakke tijdsplanningen. - Regisseren van de samenwerking met Revit-modelleurs voor technisch perfecte tekenpakketten. - Bezoeken van bouwlocaties voor nauwkeurige vooropnames en kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de uitvoering. - Flexibele inzetbaarheid bij de uitvoering van kleinschalige projecten wanneer de projectdruk dit vraagt. Wij vragen Wat verwachten wij? Je bent een autoriteit in je vakgebied en beschikt over de nodige senioriteit om zowel inhoudelijk als procesmatig de leiding te nemen. - Afgeronde opleiding HBO Civiele Techniek of TU Structural Engineering. - Minimaal 5-8 jaar ervaring in de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. - Een scherpe visie op beleid en de drive om mee te bouwen aan onze toekomst. - Een natuurlijke mentorrol om ons team naar een hoger niveau te tillen. - Sterke communicatie en moeiteloos schakelen tussen bouwplaats en directie. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Besluitvaardigheid, stressbestendigheid en ...
