Ben je klaar voor de volgende stap waarin je écht je eigen business kunt bouwen binnen een groeiend team met veel potentie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Senior Consultant bij VNOM ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen business binnen een 360-graden rol. Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten, weet nieuwe opdrachtgevers aan je te binden en bent een voorbeeld binnen het team op het gebied van kwaliteit, prestaties en gedrag. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen de vestiging en junior consultants te begeleiden. Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit;

- Het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van bestaande relaties;

- Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van acquisitie en het opbouwen van een sterk netwerk;

- Het schrijven en binnenhalen van vacatures en het realiseren van plaatsingen;

- Het plannen en uitvoeren van klant- en projectbezoeken;

- Het voeren van commerciële gesprekken, contractbesprekingen en onderhandelingen;

- Het begeleiden van junior consultants en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Als Senior Consultant ben je al bekend binnen de wereld van de arbeidsbemiddeling en kun je grotendeels zelfstandig opereren. Uiteraard ondersteunen wij je met een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan, maar we zoeken iemand die snel zelfstandig zijn of haar business kan opbouwen en uitbreiden. Wij zoeken een consultant die ondernemend is, kansen ziet in de markt en samen met het team wil bouwen aan verdere groei van de afdeling. Verder

- Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling;

- HBO werk- en denkniveau, met een afgeronde opleiding in een commerciële richting;

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

- Fulltime beschikbaarheid (40 uur per week);

- In het bezit van rijbewijs B;

- Affiniteit met techniek is een pre.
