Als Senior consultant digitale transformatie hanteer je een geïntegreerd perspectief en aanpak. Je bent tegelijkertijd strateeg, informatieanalist en facilitator. In deze rol adviseer je over strategische initiatieven: je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van de strategie, organiseert de implementatie ervan, of beide. Stakeholder- en verandermanagement zijn hierbij cruciaal. Je taak is om medewerkers op alle niveaus van de klantorganisatie te betrekken en te faciliteren tijdens hun digitale transformatie. Je schakelt tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Je helpt organisaties hun bedrijfsvoering te versterken door ze te begeleiden bij hun digitale transformatie en ze te helpen de benodigde vaardigheden te ontwikkelen om deze te managen. Dit omvat: - Op strategisch niveau: het definiëren van de strategie om een digitale transformatie te realiseren. - Op tactisch niveau: het vormgeven van de strategie door beslissingen te nemen over de inzet en het gebruik van (nieuwe) digitale technologie, in samenwerking met de klant. - Op operationeel niveau: het implementeren van (nieuwe) digitale technologie en het ontwikkelen van de nieuwe benodigde vaardigheden. Als Senior consultant digitale transformatie adviseer je op breed niveau, analyseer je specifieke vraagstukken en hun implicaties voor de klant, houd je technologische trends in de gaten en begeleid je veranderprocessen.
