Een echte doorzetter met een analystische blik en positieve en pro-actieve instelling. Waar ben jij o.a. verantwoordelijk voor: - De werving en selectie van bedrijven en kandidaten - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties - Je zorgt voor de perfecte match tussen kandidaten, vacatures en bedrijfsculturen voor tijdelijke en vaste functies. - Je bent actief op Linkedin en een pro met Recruiter Corporate - Het gehele recruitmentproces van A tot Z Wat maakt jou de perfecte match: - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 5 jaar recente / relevante werkervaring opgedaan bij een werving en selectiebureau - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden bezitten, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Gevorderde ervaring met Linkedin Corporate, oftewel jij ben een echte Linkedin Recruiter Professional - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken - In bezit van rijbewijs B - Bij voorkeur woonachtig in Almere dan wel directe omgeving max. 25 km afstand woon- werkverkeer - Passend binnen een multicultureel bureau in een klein hecht team - Leergierig, stressbestendig, flexibel, jezelf willen blijven ontwikkelen, meedenkend en humorvol - Je kunt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aanleveren Wat bieden wij jou: - Een functie voor 32-40uur per week - Mobiele telefoon / laptop van de zaak - Ruimte en vertrouwen om te kunnen groeien - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen inbreng - Een werkplek binnen een informeel team - Marktconform salaris en aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden wordt ook gedacht WVI =...
