The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Bergen op Zoom werk je als Senior Control Engineer aan het onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van PCS7-systemen. Binnen het serviceteam ondersteun je klanten in olie en gas, water en infra, voedingsmiddelen, chemie en farma. Je combineert software-engineering met preventief onderhoud en lifecyclemanagement. Als technisch aanspreekpunt adviseer je klanten over procesautomatisering en pak je complexe storingen op als tweede- of derdelijnsspecialist. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, voer je softwarewijzigingen door en stel je onderhoudsplannen op. Je werkt samen met collega-engineers binnen serviceteams en legt klanten uit hoe ze hun automatiseringssystemen effectief gebruiken. Daarbij verdiep je je verder in PCS7 en aanverwante SCADA-oplossingen, ondersteund door opleidingen en een budget voor vakliteratuur, hardware of software. Eens per vier weken draai je een week consignatiedienst; de planning daarvan krijg je ruim vooraf. Functie-inhoud - PCS7-software ondersteunen, onderhouden en verbeteren - Complexe automatiseringsstoringen analyseren en oplossen als tweede- of derdelijnsspecialist - Onderhoudsplannen opstellen voor preventief onderhoud en lifecyclemanagement - Klanten adviseren en trainen in het gebruik van automatiseringssoftware - Softwarewijzigingen uitvoeren in samenwerking met serviceteams - Eens per vier weken een week consignatiedienst draaien Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo 4-, associate degree- of hbo-bachelorniveau - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare control- of service-engineeringrol - Uitgebreide kennis van Siemens PCS7; ervaring met andere PLC-systemen is een pré - Ervaring met SCADA, bij voorkeur InTouch, WinCC, WinCC OA of iFix - Servicegerichte werkwijze en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands - Geldig rijbewijs B en bereidheid om geplande standbydiensten te draaien Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.800 en € 6.200 (in.
