Je analyseert en beoordeelt financiële informatie, levert een actieve bijdrage aan de P&C-cyclus en adviseert management en bestuur op basis van betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Daarbij zet je jouw kennis van de woningcorporatiesector in om rapportages en financiële processen zorgvuldig uit te voeren en verder te verbeteren. Project omschrijving Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden kijk je actief waar processen slimmer, beter en duurzamer kunnen worden ingericht en geborgd. Verantwoordelijkheden - Versterken en ondersteunen van de planning- en controlcyclus - Analyseren en beoordelen van financiële gegevens - Beoordelen en opstellen van financiële rapportages - Vertalen van financiële informatie naar heldere stuurinformatie - Adviseren van management en bestuur over financiële vraagstukken - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van de dPi - Toepassen van kennis van de dVi binnen financiële analyses en rapportages - Werken met WALS binnen de financiële processen - Waarborgen van continuïteit en kwaliteit van financiële processen - Signaleren van financiële risico's en aandachtspunten - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen financiële processen en rapportages - Bijdragen aan het structureel borgen van verbeteringen Profiel Je bent een stevige financiële professional die verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen. Dankzij jouw ervaring binnen woningcorporaties begrijp je de dynamiek van de sector en kun je snel schakelen tussen analyse, rapportage en advisering. Je weet complexe financiële informatie terug te brengen tot de kern, stelt de juiste vragen en bent een geloofwaardige gesprekspartner voor zowel collega's als management en bestuur.
