Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort. 1 Senior Controller_in (m/w/x) hre Aufgaben:

In einem dynamischen Umfeld sind Sie Teil des Controlling-Teams, agieren als Sparringpartner:in und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Projektleiter:innen, den operativen Gesellschaften sowie dem CEO und CFO zusammen.

Ihre zukünftige Herausforderung:

* Projektcontrolling und laufende Kostenkontrolle

* Monatliches IFRS Konzernreporting (GuV, Bilanz)

* IFRS Bewertung von Projekten nach der POC-Methode

* Budgetierung und Forecasts

* Unterstützung der operativen Fachbereiche (Projektleiter:innen, Niederlassungsleiter:innen, Geschäftsführung) bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen

* Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Ad-Hoc-Analysen

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der Controllingprozesse und des Konzernreportings

* Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekte (zB M&A, Integration neuer Gesellschaften)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem CFO und CEO

Ihr Profil:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung & gerne auch über ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft/Controlling/Accounting

* Sie bringen mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controllingbereich in einem Konzernumfeld mit

* Sie haben sehr gute IFRS Kenntnisse und verfügen über ein gutes Buchhaltungs-Know-How

* Ein sehr versierter Umgang mit MS-Excel und ERP-Systemen ist für Sie selbstverständlich

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus

* Persönlich stechen Sie durch Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Ihren Teamspirit und Ihre Durchsetzungsstärke heraus

* Ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative, sowie ein Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen rundet Ihr Profil ab.
