Je neemt de lead door met de hiring manager om tafel te gaan en kritisch de rol te bespreken. Zijn de kaders scherp gesteld? Dan ga je aan de slag. Het schrijven van een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst, actief sourcen en al het andere wat nodig is om de grootste talenten te vinden. Jij zorgt gedurende het hele proces voor een uitstekende candidate experience. Je maakt daarbij het verschil door je betrokkenheid in het hele proces; van eerste telefoongesprek tot en met de eerste werkdag. Dat betekent onder meer dat bij de selectie óók jouw advies een rol speelt. Je kan daarom echt impact maken in deze rol.
