Bij GGz Centraal krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig recruitmentvraagstukken op te pakken, management te adviseren en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van recruitment. Zo werk jij Als Senior Corporate Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor recruitment binnen één van onze divisies. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers, HR en vacaturehouders en neemt eigenaarschap over het volledige recruitmentproces: van intake tot onboarding. Je werkt in een uitdagende arbeidsmarkt waarin zorgprofessionals schaars zijn. Juist daarom kijk jij verder dan het invullen van vacatures alleen. Je adviseert over arbeidsmarktvraagstukken, ontwikkelt effectieve wervingsstrategieën en denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen voor de instroom van talent. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van managers en directie over recruitment- en arbeidsmarktvraagstukken; - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van wervingsstrategieën voor schaarse doelgroepen; - Begeleiden van complexe vacatures op hbo- en wo-niveau; - Actief sourcen en benaderen van kandidaten; - Analyseren van recruitmentdata en vertalen van inzichten naar verbeteracties; - Opbouwen van talentpools en versterken van de candidate experience; - Bewaken en optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen; - Bijdragen aan projecten op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, onboarding en recruitmentverbetering; - Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. - Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau. Daarbij weet je structuur aan te brengen, kansen te signaleren en stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw adviezen.
