Je kent de fijne kneepjes van het vak en hebt weinig inwerktijd nodig om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. - Werkervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als crediteurenmedewerker, bij voorkeur binnen een grotere of complexe organisatie. - Systeemkennis: Ruime ervaring met AFAS is een vereiste; ervaring met Scansys is een sterke pré. - Competenties: Je werkt uiterst precies, bent stressbestendig, communicatief vaardig en weet prioriteiten te stellen. - Inzetbaarheid: Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week vanaf begin oktober 2026 tot eind januari 2027. wat ga je doen Vanwege een procesverandering op de afdeling Finance zoeken we een ervaren Senior Crediteurenmedewerker. Je duikt direct in de administratie om achterstanden weg te werken en het crediteurenproces soepel te laten verlopen. - Factuurverwerking: Je verwerkt en controleert zelfstandig complexe facturen via Scansys en AFAS. - Afstemming & Advies: Je onderhoudt intensief contact met interne collega's en budgethouders over het verplichte Procure-to-Pay (P2P) proces. - Procesbewaking: Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen tijdig, correct en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden afgehandeld en stelt de juiste prioriteiten bij piekmomenten. waar ga je werken Je komt te werken op onze goed bereikbare locatie aan de Haastrechtstraat 3 in Rotterdam.
