Je adviseert over datastrategie, reporting, datakwaliteit en de verantwoorde inzet van AI, en je geeft leiding aan datamigratie- en analyticsprojecten. Samen met technische collega's, de (HR) business en IT lever je tastbare, datagedreven adviezen en oplossingen op, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van Equal Pay, arbeidsvoorwaarden en datavolwassenheid. Daarnaast coach je junior- en mediorcollega's en draag je bij aan de doorontwikkeling van de Highberg-dienstverlening op ons vakgebied. Bij Highberg draait alles om mensen.
