Je maakt HR-data toegankelijk en bruikbaar voor dashboards, integraties en andere datateams, werkt aan hoogwaardige dataproducten rondom bezetting, verzuim, contractverloop en kwalificatiedata, versterkt het team als senior en werkt met een moderne stack (onder andere Snowflake en Azure-tooling). Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt: je bouwt betrouwbare dataproducten die door heel NS worden gebruikt en helpt mee de technische koers te bepalen en collega's verder te brengen in hun vak. Dit ga je doen als Senior Data Engineer HR Insights - Ontsluiten en integreren van nieuwe HR-bronnen naar het NS Dataplatform. - Realiseren van veilige en robuuste integraties voor applicaties en andere datateams. - Vertalen van complexe HR-vraagstukken naar datamodellen en schaalbare datapipelines. - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van dashboards, integraties en dataproducten voor inzichten in bezetting, verzuim, contractmanagement, kwalificaties en opleidingen. - Aandacht voor datakwaliteit, monitoring, betrouwbaarheid, documentatie en toepassen van best practices. - Coachen van minder ervaren collega's en bewaken van codekwaliteit, documentatie en best practices. - Samenwerken met HR-businesspartners en collega-datateams om informatiebehoeften te vertalen naar toepasbare, schaalbare en reproduceerbare oplossingen. - Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeteringen in processen, datastandaarden en tooling. - Als senior bijdragen aan keuzes die kwaliteit, stabiliteit en schaalbaarheid bevorderen binnen Team HR Insights en daarbuiten.
