Senior Data Governance Consultant . Als Senior Data Governance Consultant bij Assets Only help je organisaties hun data zó te organiseren dat ze in control zijn en blijven. Niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het nodig is om risico's te beheersen, verantwoorde keuzes te maken en te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving. Over de rol Je werkt op het snijvlak van data, processen en Risk, Compliance & ESG. Je helpt organisaties grip te krijgen op vragen als: Welke data is kritisch? Wie is verantwoordelijk? Kunnen we uitleggen waar cijfers vandaan komen? En voldoen we aantoonbaar aan wet- en regelgeving? Je vertaalt abstracte eisen vanuit wetgeving, toezicht en interne governance naar concrete afspraken, structuren en werkwijzen. Denk aan datakwaliteit, eigenaarschap, lineage, definities, controls en rapportages - altijd met oog voor de praktijk en de mensen die ermee moeten werken. Wat ga je doen? - → Opzetten en verbeteren van data governance-structuren die organisaties helpen aantoonbaar in control te zijn - → Verbinden van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. Risk, Compliance, ESG) met data, processen en rapportages - → Inrichten van data-eigenaarschap, datakwaliteit en controls - → Samenwerken met business, risk/compliance, IT en data teams - → Adviseren over governance-vraagstukken in verander- en implementatietrajecten - → Zorgen dat data niet alleen klopt, maar ook uitlegbaar, herleidbaar en bruikbaar is Wat maakt jou succesvol? - → 3+ jaar ervaring met Data Governance en/of Quality - → Minimaal hbo opgeleid en WO werk- en denkniveau - → Ervaring met Data Management tooling, zoals Collibra, Purview, Informatica en/of Ataccama. - → Gedreven en enthousiast over je vak en dit enthousiasme draag je graag over aan anderen - → Je hebt energie, initiatief en een duidelijke handen-uit-de-mouwen mentaliteit. - → Je voelt je thuis in financiële sector, pensioen en/of overheid. - → Je houdt van bouwen: aan klanten, proposities, teams é...
