Voor een stabiel en familiaal accountancykantoor in Waregem zoekt Konnekt een Senior Dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een modern kantoor waar zelfstandigheid, digitalisering en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw eigen dossiers van A-Z te beheren, terwijl ervaren collega's en vennoten steeds klaarstaan om je te ondersteunen. Bovendien zijn er mooie doorgroeimogelijkheden en kan je rekenen op ondersteuning richting je ITAA-titel.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille en beheert dossiers van A-Z.
  • Je staat in voor de boekhouding, afsluitingen en fiscale aangiftes van jouw dossiers.
  • Je analyseert financiële cijfers en vertaalt deze naar duidelijk en praktisch advies voor ondernemers.
  • Je denkt actief mee met klanten en ondersteunt hen bij fiscale en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Je bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten en fungeert als vast aanspreekpunt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en kan rekenen op ondersteuning van ervaren dossierbeheerders en vennoten.
  • Je hebt 4 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountancykantoor en kan zelfstandig dossiers van A-Z beheren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig en proactief.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en bouwt graag een vertrouwensrelatie op met ondernemers.
